HEUER hexagonal attachment
The HEUER hexagonal attachment is the ideal accessory when you need to clamp workpieces with a defined, consistent clamping force, such as when using a torque wrench.
Made from steel and further enhanced through hardening and galvanising, the HEUER hexagonal attachment offers long-lasting durability and high resistance to wear. After removing the existing spindle key, the hexagonal attachment is placed directly onto the spindle head of the HEUER vice. The supplied multi-part spindle key is then inserted, ensuring the hexagonal attachment remains securely connected to the vice spindle.
The HEUER hexagonal attachment is available in three versions, suitable for HEUER vices in sizes 120, 140 and 160/180 mm. With hexagon mount sizes of 19 mm and 21 mm, it allows for the use of a torque wrench for maximum precision when clamping workpieces. For the first time, a simple ratchet, pneumatic tool or cordless screwdriver can also be used with a HEUER vice. Thanks to its enclosed design, the attachment remains securely and stably connected even under high clamping force.
The HEUER hexagonal attachment comes with a spindle key equipped with screw-on safety rings, ensuring flexibility while allowing for easy removal when not in use.
